  • Chinadoll motorized 2-stroke crankcase bearing removal and replacement.

  • Motorized bicycle and regular bike maintenance. We check bearings on bike crank assembly and wheels. We check forks and do safety checks. On motorized bikes, we also check clutch, bucking bar, and seals.

  • Clutch pad replacements.
  • Regular bike bearing check and replacement. 

Price depends on what specific service you want, but it is usually $25 an hour.

THIS IS FOR A CRANKCASE THAT HAS SIZE M8X1.25 STUDS

  • Small bevel gear bolt I use a hex nut or allen head M8x1.00x15mm and if you cant find get a 16mm and put a washer behind it you can use 15mm if you can find it but usually they only have a 16mm at hardware store
  • Crankcase Studs you can use M8x1.25x110mm or allen head studs which I like using and they are M8x1.25x100mm
  • Front mount studs: M8x1.25x40mm
  • Front mount bolts if using a U-bolt large downtube mount size are m8x1.25x20mm and if you need the U-bolt downtube mount its size m8x1.25 ubolt
  • Rear studs size is m8x1.25x70mm
  • Rear sprocket ragjoint bolts are size M6x1.00x40mm
  • Exhaust allen head nuts are size m6x1.00x15mm
  • Intake allen head nuts are M6x1.00x15mm
  • Magneto nut size m8x1.00
  • Magneto cover allen head nuts are size m4x0.7x16mm can be shorter
  • Stator coil/ magneto screws are size M4x07x16mm
  • Drive sprocket nut m14x1.00
  • Clutch arm screw m4x0.7x10mm
  • Clutch basket nut m14x1.00
  • Crank woodruff key 2.5mm x 3.7mm
  • Clutch woodruff key it can be either 2.5mm x 3.7mm or 3.0mm x3.7mm
  • Clutch case cover M6x1.00x20mm
